There are many ways to break your wrist but here are some of the most achievable:

The potato trick where you cut a potato in half ,put a half on either side of your wrist then sleep with the potatoes on your wrist and in the morning hit your wrist with a spoon

Bend your wrist back until your fingers are touching your arm then as soon as you let go ,fall over and use your wrist/arm to protect/ shield your body.

There are two round bulges at the top of your wrist. These round bulges are called the radius and ulna bones the one closest to your thumb is the one you want to hit. Hit it repeatedly on that bulge until it gets red and swollen (this is a sign your doing it properly) then stop for a minute or two and then keep doing it.

You could drop a heavy book on your wrist or another heavy object but I would not recommend using a hammer as hammers tend to be quite heavy and if you chipped the bone it could go through your bloodstream and end up in the lungs or could pierce an artery .
