I hold a Black Belt in Shaolin-Do although I have not participated in some years now.
To do the splits in any amount of time, you have to stretch as often as possible- preferably every day. Start by going down into the "split" position as far as you can and hold it for at least 60 seconds, but no more than a few minutes. Increasingly this will get easier and you will be able to go farther down until you can to the splits, either side-to-side or front-to-back (whichever you practice.)
There are infinite other stretches you can do- just search for "leg stretches" or some related term and you will likely find a thousand+.
Good luck
=Just pratice and stretch often.=
i s-disagree !! you should just stretch your legs for a long time and try to do the splits. Continue this for 3-4 weeks then you will probily be able to do them :)
It is possible if you put your heart into learning it.

Workout and stretch 2 times a day and follow exercises to do the splits fast π€ΈπΌββοΈ
The time it takes to achieve the straddle splits varies for each individual depending on factors like flexibility, previous training, and consistency of practice. It can take weeks to months of consistent stretching and conditioning to achieve the straddle splits. Regular practice and patience are key.

Yeah , of course you can! Im 12 and I learned to do the splits earlier this year I kept on stretching for a few weeks, everyday. Try not to stretch to the point where it hurts you, but where its most comfortable for you. Then you try to go down to your splits. Try doing that everyday, after your stretching. Try not to get discouraged if you don't get it the first day because it took me a few weeks. *And remember to always eat your breakfast before you start anything* Good Luck On Your Splits, And I Hope You Get It :)

The formula to calculate split times is given by percent of time= (2-4*phi)* (percent of distance) ^2 + ((4*phi)-1) *percent of distance). Positive splits and negative splits are the two types of splits.
