Try writing down your feelings and anger on a piece of paper and then throw it out.
You can just get your anger out on the pillow.
If you do violoence, someone will probably end up needing medical help.
Also,try just going to your room and close the door and do things you love to help you calm down.
Like reading your favourite book or playing with your pet if you have one.
Better yet, if you have a cell phone, just text your bffs.
