If you are dealing with actual withdrawls, then I'm assuming it's from an opiate prescribed medication in which case you can contact a med center about Suboxen which is a pill for weining you off opiates. And if you don't have the money or time for that, then it's all a state of mind. Wait it out for four or five days, and don't take anymore of the pills that made you comedown in the first place.
