if you want to 'steal' the girl from him, do little things, they will little by little starting to like you...like show her papers saying 'i love you' and give her flowers, without her boyfriend notices it

u probably shouldn't tell her tht when shes really serious about him. maybe when she wants 2 break up with him or they just had a huge fight. tell her when shes happy, so shes ready to understand. tell her ur sure he doesnt like u (even tho he might).
