1. Find something you have in common with them.

But be too friendly as they will probably sense what you are trying to do, just act natural.

PATIENCE PATIENCE.

2. Then open up to them when they ARE in a good mood.

3.Let them trust you.

4.Keep your relationship positive for days even weeks, you dont wanna rush things. But dont be annoying, this person will continued to act "cold" if you are annoying them, start things out slow.

5.Continue to talk about positive things to them and eventually they will tell you why they act the way they do.

6. 99.9% of the time, the way they act comes from a traumatizing experience.

Something happened that made them lose trust in another person

7. By gaining a trusting relationship with them, you prove that there are good people out there, and not everyone is the same.

8. Take they out with you, either its to get a bite, the movies, or shopping for some cool new stuff. They can see how much fun you are and they can forget why people aren't all the same.

9. Remember though, this person probably already has a stubborn personality so you can NOT completely "cure" cold-heartedness. Once and a while they WILL regress back into their ways. You can however make them a OVERALL better person.

10. Considering you ARE trying to help you are probably already a great person, so channel this helpful attitude into making this world a better place, one person at a time :)

and remember take everything slow, PATIENCE PATIENCE
