The above method is great and yields awesome results but if your looking for a speedier method just spray/pour liquid onto a plate then put a identical plate upside down on top of it so it seals. Place it in the microwave and blast that sucka for a minute or 2. Sometimes it takes more time depending on microwave and volume of liquid so make sure you check it every minute or so to see if its ready, dont wanna burn it. Use caution when checking, the plates will get hot.
