How do you contact ghosts?

you get in a dark room, then you lite a candle. then ask yes or no questions like is this _____ ,or do you miss the world? now if the candle goes small no big yes.

I believe in spirits and ghosts and such. I see them and feel them.

The way I contact ghosts is by strong emotions. They don't come right away whenever I want them to but they comehere and then.

Based on your background, ghosts are attracted to everyone differently.There are simple things that are not false that are ways to get spirits attention,

• They love laughter
• They have a strong sense of emotions that they are close to.

I simply think it is all up to the person to see them. Whenever I see them, they are very close by me.

They don't stay for forever long.

For example, when I was young, I was a rather lonely child and I had always been "different" from others, I just hid it from them. Whenever the ghosts see or make eye contact with me they either return it with an expression or try to touch my face.

You could try getting their attention by starting to talk out of the blue and they will sense such and talk to you, yet if they're very mischievious, they will probably just leave you alone and try to play tricks on you.

Depending on how searious you are anyways.

When you do reach them though, be aware. They will come back after a while.

There are some that will talk and be nice with you.

Then there is something dangerous that I've encountered.

I was laying in my bed and I woke up in the middle of the night, I turned on my lamp and after a while of trying to go to sleep I heard something say my name, I looked around and saw a dark figure beside me, standing beside my bed.

You should be aware of those.

They are up to no good.

I tried to get up but it held me back. I couldn't breathe until I was about to pass out. Then it chuckled and dissapeared.

Whatever you do. If you see something like that, don't bother with it, stay very calm and cover yourself with something to keep your eyes off of it.

I've delt with it so many times, they come near me and touch me, such as places like my cheek, my hair, neckline, collar bone, arms, hands, and ankles.

They love holding you down and you should probably stay in your position and not move until you're sure they're gone.

After a long time of that, they will sit by your bed or wherever, and stare and watch you over night. I usually smile at them, but I can never sense their expression.
