I have done this. I got out of the bath, ran and jumped down the stairs I had to be taken by ambulance, doesn't hurt. I've broke 16 different bones as i play Rugby and this was one of most easy breakages..

If You break your wrist it will definitely hurt, more than you can imagine .You cannot Break any of your bones, or damage your organs, without feeling Pain. It is Impossible, unless you anaesthetise the area. Then it maybe able to be broken without pain but this should be done by doctors.
