Try some different styles or if you like the way you look now, improve it like, if you always wear your hair down- try it up- or curly/straight. and for healthy try exercising, stretching, yoga, Zomba, or sports.

to a certain extent yes i think that beauty and health are alike. at the moment you are beautiful if you are fairly thin but not stupidly so, this is also healthy. however acne is not general beautiful but it will not affect your health. so be reasonable most things that are healthy will also be beautiful but not all.
