There are not different 'leagues' of people. Don't be silly. Everyone is equal. Everyone has different strengths and there is no reason that you could not get someone that you think is 'out of your league'. All you have to do is be friendly, not overwhelming. Be funny, make her feel safe around you. If she thinks that she is 'out of your league' or too good for you, then she isn't a nice person and you shouldn't bother anyway. :]
