this is more a science question..... you can't really, but u can with a black shirt cuz it absorbs heat.

Well, as black incrases most heat I'd say white. White contains every colour there is and does not need more. However, while black contains no colour at all it's hunger for it incrases the heat. If you want to keep cool on a hot summer day, then stay away from black is the best tips I could give!
