At 103 degrees you should go to the doctor's office; at 104 you should think about going to the hospital; at 105 you are in danger; at 106 or higher you would be sustaining brain damage and will be at significant risk of seizures, coma, paralysis, or death. Death occurs in minutes at that temperature; if you have a temperature of 106 degrees you should be calling 911.
yes if it gets above 108 your systems shut down...new answer...look my mom is an emt and she said if you get a temp. equal to or greater then 108 your body is more likely to send you into a seizure and your internal organs will start shutting down if not handeled correctly. so anything over a 104- god forbid 108 throw yourself into a nice cold shower. i know from experiance when i hit 107.6 at 5.
A fever of 105 or higher can kill you. A fever less than that, preferably around 102 or 101 will actually do good for you. Thus, a low fever is good but a high fever is not. Throughout history uncounted numbers of people have died from a fever, including some famous names which you might recognize. A fever of 105 or 106, even if it does not kill you, can leave you with permanent brain damage. Yes, fevers can be serious.
I had a temperature of 106, was rushed to the hospital, and suffered from neuron damage afterward. I would have panic attacks and feel like I was suffurcating. I could not do simple calculations such as keep a checkbook, or get complete thoughts from my brain to my mouth! After almost two years, new routes had been established, according to my doctors.
106 f. A dangerous fever.
Yes, a temperature of 102 means that adult is running a fever.
It's a low fever but yes. 103 is a high fever, 104 is when you should call a doctor, 105 is hospital worthy, and 106 can cause brain damage, nerve damage, seixures, and death.
A body temperature of over 100 indicates you have a fever. If it is below 102, you should be ok, just make sure to take some medicine to reduce your fever, and get fluids and bed-rest.
No but if accompanied by vomiting and other stuff but nothing hazardous. No slight fever is not dangerous. You can feel a little lazy and tired, but it is not going to kill you or it is not going to do anything else dangerous. :)

Fever is most often a sign of infection.
This is probably not dangerous. But then rising titre in febrile illness indicates the typhoid fever. Typhoid fever can not be taken lightly.
