There are a number of ways to do this here are a few
1) eat a healthy diet (5portions of fruit and veg per day)
2) get at least 20-30mins. exercise per day - can be running, gardening, swimming etc
3) do not smoke or take drugs unless prescribed by a doctor
4) drink at least 1-1 1/2litres of water per day
5) do not drink over the alloted limits of alcohol per day
