see if he's flirting or not, some guys just are different so don't be stressing if he's not flirting all the time. another thing is eye contact, see if he stares at you or just have glances- these may be signs that he is interested. it also depends what kind of guy he is you might be able to get there number if they are comfortable but you need to take things slowly you may freak them out; my last crush was a sporty kind and didn't like having girlfriends so i tried to take it slowly but when i asked him if he like me he replied no. be brave and tell him you like him and if he doesn't move on, but make sure your alone or get a friend to ask him if he likes you - it's always easier. trust me don't ask in front of a crowd in case they say no and you have the embarrassing moments.

being that ive done this many times before if you want her to like you start off as friends and get to know her more. second of all you need to spend time with her and her friends if they are around alot. next you need to give off some signs when you look at her look her in the eyes and for as long as you want i mean not like some creep but smile and really show her you like her. and if you want to be more than friends you need to be your self and always make the first move somtimes girls will wait for you to do so. If this doesn't work then the girl your chasing after is a hard nut to crack.=)
