Physical Health Factors?
Physical health is a combination of many factors, most of which
can be affected by you to improve your overall well-being. These
include your weight, diet, dental health, cardiovascular health,
immune health and many other things. To improve your overall health
you can get regular exercise, limit the "bad foods" you eat and
consume more of the "good," exercise your heart and lungs for 30
minutes a day, get enough Vitamin C, drink green tea and sleep for
8 hours each night.
