i did this and it worked.
its good for a quick snap up, like for me, i needed to losse half a stone in 4 days, before my holiday.
when you wake up, try anf fight hunger, replace breakfast with a small glass of Orange Juice, or a large glass of water.
have dinner around 1 o clock, but aim to have it as far as you can take after that time. for example replace hunger with glasses of water and low fat juices. one day i nver had my first meal till 3 o clokc, this was a bowl of porrige with full skimmed milk. not until 7 o clock did i feel hungry again, i then had a bannana, or another bowl of porrige. ( one sache). to fight hunger i can honestly say water is a good way to feel full, and flush you out, leaving you feeling less bloated too. for 5 days straight the most i ate was two minor meals/ snacks with plenty of fluids. i ate 2 bowls of prroige on average- a day; and drank the recomneded 8 glasses of water and maybe treat myself to one glass or cranberry/ robinsons diauted orange juice when i needed a sugary fix. this sounds daunting, and ill admit i felt less energetic, but it really flushed out your system and if you think positivley about wanting to loose weight you will suceed.
for example, on your first day it may seem the most challenging, but once your body adjusts to this eating behaviour after a few days, hormones which make you feel happier will be realised, so your mind will automatically begin to feel more positive in reachingyour weight loss goal. DO NOT take this to far, this extreme diet is only designed for a quick weight loss, i only ever gained back 3 pounds after loosing 7; so it's quite beneificial in the long term too.
Assuming you want to lose body fat, you can't. To lose 1 stone in two weeks you would have to run about 400 miles in those 2 weeks.
Actually, less will probably do if you take into account the higher metabolism after the activity, so let's say just 10 miles a day will probably do it if you don't consume more calories than you already do, assuming you don't exercise nearly as intensely usually (again, if you are not a marathon runner - don't), but doing so will make you lose a LOT of muscle, and you'll probably end up injuring yourself.
Any information contained here is purely theoretical, I do not recommend the above activities, in fact, I strongly advise against trying to lose that amount of weight in that small a time frame. If you want to lose 1 stone, I'd recommend 6 weeks as THE MINIMUM amount of time, and realistically you probably want to do it in 10-12 weeks to stay healthy.
don't cut down your calories from 2500 to 1000 its a waste of time u wouldn't eat enough eat your usual just run everyday swim every week cycle every other day do a YouTube 2 minute ab work out and the best and most fun part is listen to some music and circle around like a 4 year old for 10 minutes or even more and you could even do it with the little ones and maybe even take a zumba class or zumba for the wii and also on youtube take a bums and tums class.
eat lots of chocolate
When you drop a piece of stone into a glass half filled with water, the stone will displace some of the water, causing the water level to rise. This is known as the principle of displacement. The amount of water displaced will be equal to the volume of the stone that is submerged.
