You need to look up qualified Pschiatric hospitals in your area. Look at their programs and what they treat. Then you call the hospital of your choice and tell them your sypmtoms. Sometimes they can perform a screening over the phone and sometimes they need to see you in person. If they ask to see you in person pack clothes and personal items for 5-7 days becasue the standard stay is this long. Also take your insurance card with you so that you will have a payment metod. They will screen you at the hospital and take you throught the admiitance process.

Just go to the hospital and tell them you need to be there. My wife was planning on killing herself and we just went and she was taken in.
