well you may not do it in a week but here are some suggestions:

1. food journal

To keep a food journal is something that you have to keep up onto. When you make the journal write down the right foods you will eat each day. (veges and fruit)

2.Daily Exercise

When doing this you have to first do stretches so when you exercise you wont get injured and when i say DAILY i mean every single day. So keep this one up.

3.ELECTRONICS

Ok now the worst thing that would make you keep the weight on are electronics such as the TV, the computer and laptops. So when your trying to lose weight lose the electronics.
