It depends on your level of infertility, but you can start with the obvious things: no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol, a healthy and varied diet and regular excersise. Other tips are to make sure your testicles are never too warm, so preferably no sauna visits, putting your laptop on your lap etc. Tight underwear (like most boxershorts) is also discouraged. Sleeping without them is both healthy and enjoyable!

Fever is BAD, but unfortunately you can't do much to avoid it when you're really sick. Antibiotics also tend to whipe out your sperm supply completely, so warn your doctor if he's about to prescribe it. One full supply of sperm takes 60-70 days to completely regenerate, another good reason for staying healthy.

Regular ejaculations are advised, as this keeps your semen supply "fresh" and prevents the sperm cells from becoming lazy (=slow). The week leading up to a woman's ovulation an average of one ejaculation per day is advised, either through sex or masturbation.
