First off when your 15 you are right in the middle of puberty and this question really depends on the balance of hormones. If your hormones are balanced and you are relaxed with enough energy this should be easy. If your hormones are balanced you will tend to feel arrogated and due to the energy spent excreting anger and moods you will be down in energy. In both conditions I really do believe the key thing is you RELAX and AVOID GETTING HOPPED UP ON SUGAR as this can lead to health problems.
