It's all about personality, try to get to know her and talk to her, first become friends. Find out her likes and dislikes. For example if one her likes is chocolate get her a chocolate box and write her a note. A girl will really appreciate the thoughtfulness, as it is the thought that counts. Another example would be if she loves flowers get her a bunch and tell her how you feel. But makes sure to get to know her first, she will feel more comfortable with you, and you will feel more comfortable with her.
