About 1 or 2 days , depending how deep it is into your skin
I'm not sure you can. Just wait and let it heal. (:

Depending on how bad the sores are. If they have detroyed tissue, it will take over a week or two to heal. Small ones that just rub off the hair can heal in a couple of days.

Those are annoying! Clean it thoroughly and use hydrogen peroxide. Let it dry. Then, if it is just a simple two-sided cut (like a paper cut), use a small amount of superglue to close it up. Otherwise, you have to just let it heal by keeping it clean and applying antibiotic ointment with a bandaid for a few days.
The cut-and-cover is a tunnel construction method created in a shallow excavated trench then covered or roofed over. This method has two types which are the bottom-up method and the top-down method.

generally you have to take the dog back to the vet to get the stitches removes 7 days later to avoid any scaring. then it can take up to two weeks for them to heal
That depends on how severe the cut is. If it is a shallow, thin cut, like a paper cut, just rinse with warm salt water and keep it clean. It should heal well within a day or two. If it is a deep or ragged cut that bleeds significantly or tends to lay open or split easily, you probably want to see a dentist soon, preferably an oral surgeon. He/she will evaluate the wound, perhaps debride the tissue and place some sutures. They may also recommend and prescribe an antibiotic for a week or so.
it couldent hurt but it would be beter if you used it imeditlay after cut
It depends on the depth but in general one month for most of the healing to take place.
