Second, over the phone is the best way to do it and DON'T answr the phone and talk like "heh wanna go do *what ever you plan to do*" Start with somehing like "I heard that *whatever you plan to do* is fun, cool.etc." "Do you maybe want to *whatever you plan to do* with me?" Then tell her when you would like to do it. I've gone through this with my girlfriend and it was the MOST akward thing ever. Now we've been together for 2 years doing the same routine shown above

Always smile at her, make her laugh, be brave, flirt, if she smiles back ask her if you can talk to her privately about an "assignement", then tell her that it was just an excuse for you to get to talk to her and kno her better, if she smiles, say "look, i really like you, you have the cutest smile in the whole world,i was just wondering if you, wanna hang out sometime" , try to do this at the end of the day, because u will be on her mind all day, also, talk about her to your friends, NEVER let your friends ask for you, its the worst of worst, because she thinks that ur to shy to ask her, if she says no, dont like be mad or cry, just be cool, always be yourself! she wants to know who you are, not some jerk, try to see if u both have things in common, ALWAYS be honest, never lie to her, tell her what you like about her, sing her a song, make her something special, and when ur brave enough, give her a kiss on the cheek :) Hope this helps
