This got rid of my spots instantly! I did it just before I went to sleep, and the next morning, no spots! Instead of a cotton pad, use a face cloth, but just remember to not put the toothpase or saltwater near your eyes.
1.put toothpaste on the spot
2.once the toothpaste has dried, clean it off with a cotton pad soaked in warm water
3.clean the area of the spot with a salt water mix
4.clean your face with a daily face wash
Just make sure your face is clean before you start, this will stop spots from spreading. Also make sure you wash all of the toothpaste and stuff off, or you will get mor spots.

The general answer is to treat the symptoms, but this may not be the solution to some, or even many dermatological issues.
The treatment of "spots" is rather difficult to specify because there are many reasons for "spots" on the skin. Spots range from slight discolorations that are only cosmetic to other spots (red ones in particular) that are painful and may be accompained by some swelling. There are other spots that are painless and only cosmetic in appearance, but my be symptomatic of a deeper medical issue. They may, in fact, be the medical issue. And it could be serious. Any doubts should be cleared up by a physician. Please don't wait too long with anything that is in anyway "unusual" or "unique" in your experience.
well if u want 2 get rid of spots on the skin do NOT use tooth paste. whenever u want to squeeze dem make sure ur hands r clean. the best thing i use is soducream.it actually helps.but if your talking about spots on someting else than i dont know?
I would say the best products are: simple, clearasil and neutrogina.
You can also try tea tree oil, lemon juice and rose water to help get rid of spots.
If your aged 12-25 this is normal.
To prevent more spots from appearing wash your face with soap (Yes! soap!) before you sleep and after this will dry the oil and stop more from appearing. Don't pick, touch or squeeze this is very tempting but very very bad.
Don't touch your face with dirty hands. If you have small spots then get some face cleansers and wash gently
Good Luck!
A really good way to remove spots is by putting toothpaste directly on the spot and leave it there overnight, it really works!
If not, a cream or wash specially designed to remove spots will be just a good, which you should be able to find at your local store or chemist
well dont peal them or it will get worser and just put abit of cream on everyday
