If it has been longer then a day, I'd toss it and get a replacement from the vet. You can tell it is bad if it is no absolutely white. Some say light yellow is ok, but it's so cheap and my pet so important that I just don't take the chance. As it goes bad it turns yellow then brown, even when refrigerated.

It is not designed to be dissolved in water or any other liquid as this can affect its effectiveness. It is best to follow the dosage instructions provided by your veterinarian and give the medication as directed.
Clavamox is a combination antibiotic of amoxicilling and clavulonic acid; it is often formulated for oral dosing in both liquid and pill forms. Clavamox is commonly used to empirically treat primary uncomplicated skin, ear and bladder infections in dogs, as the common bacterial pathogens for these conditions are typically susceptible to this antibiotic combination.

If it says refrigerate you must do so. Expired medicine can lead to fatal results.
Clavamox and Clindamycin are probably the best. My cat has mouth tumors and the Clavamox combined with prednisone works best for her.
