Fruits are an important source of vitamins and green veggies such as spinach, are loaded with fibre to help prevent colon cancer. High fat diets should be avoided and trans fat foods can be dangerous if eaten in too high amounts. Focus on fruits, veggies, chicken or turkey, nuts, peanut butter, eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt.
