Had a shot of Rocephin for a UTI Tuesday evening. It is now Thursday evening. And, I am still waiting for it to work.

my daughter did she got her shot on a friday was vomiting & had severe diarrhea for two days then on Monday was limp and sleepy and less than a hour of waking she had a seizure @ daycare they diagnosed her with a rare delayed allergic reaction to rocephin I had no follow up but refrain from using any form of that type of medicine
