Yes, im in grade 11 Biology and we recently condicted a seed germinating experiment on sun flower seeds with various temperatures...mine being 20 (constant) 40 60 and 100. 100 just boiled them 2 death, but 20 and 40 grew roughly at the same. However, the 60 batch beat em all in mean shoot length within the specified time frame. I believe it is because of the temperature over stimulating the cells metabolism and in turn, growing at a ab-normale rate Hopes this helps :D
