It sure does. You've got to get up and get moving to keep everything on the inside moving. How's that for logic? Don't look at me, that's just the way people were made! Of course, eating plenty of fruits and veg' comes in handy and you really do need to drink 10oz. of water daily. To a certain extent, you can count tea and coffee but to keep your system humming along you really need the real thing, H2O. :)
