does QCarbo Clear 20 work if I've used cocaine and THC?

I used this about 4 days after taking two 750 loratabs i passed the drug test, it was a E scren test. I also smoked marijuana but had not smoked for two weeks and had tested my piss for THC and passed. My main concern was the loratabs showing a positive for opiates since i had taken 6 750's in about a 5 day span, the last two being for days before i had to test. I did some research on passadrugtestingforall.com and found that the same maker of Q Carbo Clear 20 also makes a detox drink for heroin and cocaine and the ingredients seem to be all the same in both drinks. I have to add that i took the drink for people with higher toxin levels 200lbs and above and i also drank 1 gallon of water a day,the the last two days before my test and a bottle of cranberry juice. I thought that might be enough and i was probably clean but i could not find an opiate drug test at any drug store in my town, so i opted to take the drink anyway seeing as i had failed a test before,4 days after taking a Tylenol 3. I took the drink and pissed for my test about 2 hrs and 30 minutes later, i waited because my urine was still coming out to clear and i did not want to come back with a dilluted test result. Everyone's body is different so it might take someone else less time to start working, i pissed about 5 times before i pissed for my test. Hopes this helps a little, your best best is to buy a test at a drug store or online if you have the time cause their way cheaper and test before you go. Sometimes if you don't follow the directions or give the drink enough time to work it will come back dilluted.

My advice to you would be that if you want to pass your drug tests to stop taking drugs. If you can't, then seek help. But coke clears your system in about a week with out taking anything to help it pass through.

One problem with the clear kits is they flush and add chemicals, and drug testing companies are smart enough to notice when the sample is too clean (flushed) or the arrangement of chemical waste agents follows a pattern (flushed and replaced). Cocaine, again, clears pretty quickly. If you can't wait that long, you need help.
