if taken correctly yes you can pass a drug test using niacin.for best results take 2 500 mg tablets in the morning and take 2 more before bedtime.make sure to drink plenty of water during BOTH doses and cut ALL salt from your diet.take these for 3-4 days using these methods and your golden,or at least it worked for me.i must note that i am on felony probation,and i am still a daily smoker.if you know when your test is going to be,quit smoking at least 4 days ahead of time and take the niacin as described.good luck!
