No, it dose not. Although in time it will become more chalky and the grade of the drug will lower. So basically it wont be as good as it would have been

I'm not an expert, but I wondered the same thing and researched the question. If the pill is actually MDMA (many pills sold as ecstasy contain other substances), then it should be fine pretty much indefinitely.
