Chrystal meth, or dextromethamphetamine, might or might not lower your sperm count but it will definitly lower your sexual ability to the point where you will eventually be virtually unable to perform sex at all.

This is a natural progression as you become addicted to the substance. If you get off the stuff early, sexual function will usually be restored over a period of a few months to a few years. If you keep using it, you will have great sexual desire while you are "high" but no ability to do anything about it. When you are not high, you will have no interest in anything whatsoever except getting high again - you will be depressed and will probably sleep a lot. This is typical of drugs called "uppers".
