Toxins can be produced by certain bacteria and viruses to cause illness in humans. Bacteria such as Clostridium botulinum produce botulinum toxin, while viruses like influenza can produce proteins that exacerbate symptoms such as fever and muscle aches. These toxins can disrupt normal bodily functions and lead to symptoms of illness.
Bacteria makes us ill and be sick
Bacteria can be harmful by causing infections and diseases in humans, plants, and animals. However, some bacteria are beneficial and play essential roles in processes like decomposition, nutrient recycling, and food fermentation. Additionally, beneficial bacteria in our bodies help with digestion, vitamin synthesis, and immune system function.
Any microorganism can make us ill once it colonizes. For example, on your skin right now are varieties of bacteria along with yeast. This normal flora does not make us ill (usually). But if something gets out of balance, the bacteria or yeast can begin to multiply. Our bodies initially try to wall off the infection if it is inside our bodies; on the skin, it is harder. If our defenses are low or we cannot fight it off, an infection is well underway.
because our body have antibodies.the antibodies will help us fight with the bacteria or virus. hope can help u.:)

By reproducing and multiplying rapidly. and they make us ill by attacking our cells and converting their normal functions to producing the virus.so they get your own cells to do their dirty work too (this applies for viruses)
common skin bacteria could make someone ill because it could cause infections for example someone might not of washed their hands properly.
Some bacteria's are foreign to our bodies and therefore can make humans unwell. Our white blood cells are designed to attack foreign or unwanted bacteria
Food should be preserved so that it doesn't get spoiled or rot. If it does get spoilt and we consume it, the bacteria in the rotten food can make us ill.
