No, im 14 and i had mine this morning and you don't really feel pain, its more a tingle goes through your body. After the injection you will develop a little lump, this is normal because the tuberculosis vaccination is a live vaccine( don't worry). Having an injection is about mentality; if you think it will hurt alot it shouldn't but if you think you wont feel a thing you may feel more.....One last tip, before you have the injection pinch your self lightly, this will help you deal with any nervousness.
