I use about five of those little bars of soap from hotels. I also slip two of them in the front of my panties next to my body. They are less of a lump in the bed than a regular bar. It works!
If you were to place lavender flowers next to your bed, it would help you sleep better.
No. Quite the opposite.
To get your dog to sleep in their own bed, start by placing their bed in a quiet and comfortable area of your home. Encourage them to use the bed by placing their favorite toys or treats inside. Consistently redirect them to their bed whenever they try to sleep elsewhere. Reward them with praise and treats when they choose to sleep in their own bed. Be patient and consistent with this training process to help your dog get used to sleeping in their own bed.
You can help a person to get more sleep by being quiet while he or she is sleeping. You might also encourage the person to set a standard bed time and to follow this bed time each day.
You put a bed into your Marahome and then go to Homes (top bar), the room you put your bed in, and hover your mouse over the bed. A small window should appear below the room image. Then click Put Pet to Bed

Reed a book before falling asleep, take a shower before going to bed. Make your bed and your pillow be cold. I can not sleep When I am hot. I hope this will help. 😉
Buy another bed for you to sleep in, I guess.
