Yes!! My daughter is 2yrs old and she woke up with severe neck pain.. I know it is because she slept wrong,at first I was thinking about getting some Bengay but I have read many negative thing about useing it on babies, so the only thing I had handy was vicks , so I rubbed so on My babie and she seems to be alot more comfortable.so yes!! It does work and very safe good luck=}

∙ 10y agoProbably not. Mentolated rubs just give a warm feeling, but not actual warmth, and so do not actually help anything. If they help with the pain all is it just by distracting you form it.
Heating pads and massage can help the stiff neck.
