Alcohol is not recommended for anxiety attacks. In fact, it can make things worse. SSRIs tend to help with anxiety, and if it becomes too big of a problem, certain benzodiazapines like ativan, xanax, valium, or klonipin can be prescribed to help with them.
SSRIs are occasionally used to treat anxiety. However, if Zoloft is making your anxiety worse, you should contact your doctor and discuss other options.

No, Autistic children are not damaged so they do not need to be healed. Marijuana can help with Autism symptoms such as anxiety, but equally in some Autistic children it can make problems worse.
It can, but it might not. ADD medications in the "stimulant" category--e.g. methylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta, Focalin) and Adderall--while excellent medications for attention deficit disorder, can make anxiety symptoms worse. Strattera, an ADD medication not in the "stimulant" category, usually does not worsen anxiety symptoms. In fact, it might even improve them. On the other hand, there are excellent anti-anxiety medications available. So it would make sense to treat the anxiety at the same time as you're treating the ADD. Then both problems are solved.
yeah i did it for a few days. the side effects bothered me too much i could not stand it so i got off of it. It gave me RLS, ADHD while i was on it. and it was the worse to come off of. I took the two together for a couple months or so but I had to quit taking the Abilify as I lost the ability to make simple conversation. I couldn't talk to loved ones or friends. I sat there basically brain-dead. I stopped taking the Abilify but kept taking the Seroquel and the brain inactivity was no longer a problem.
no itl make it worse

Treating anxiety is scary for some if they know that they are going to have to do it for themselves. However, treating anxiety yourself is one of the most successful methods in medicating anxiety, as it helps the person experiencing the anxiety trigger the root. You can help treat anxiety for yourself by exposing yourself to the situations that make you the most anxious. You don't have to give yourself a crash course in whatever that is, but gradually dipping your toes in the water could make things a lot easier!
No quite the opposite. Small doses of THC help depression while large make it worse. So unless your smoking a gram or more a day it is only helping.
Yes and no. Sugar will not help. if anything it will make it worse. On the other hand water will help.
