Personally, yes. Medically, pop has alot of components that lead to a build up of "junk" that forms into crystals. This "junk" slows down the passage of urine from the kidney into the ureters which lead into the bladder. Sometimes this "junk" will turn into crystals which we also call stones. They block the passage of the urine and cause terrible pain sometimes because of pressure other times because of their size in the small ureters. You can still drink pop but try to cut back on the amount if it is causing pain. Drink more water to flush your kidneys of this "junk" and keep your urinary tract clear. Hope I put this simply enough for you.

Meat requires a lot of water to grow; I've heard estimates that half of all water in the U.S. is used to raise meat.Meat also has a lot of protein; if you eat a lot of protein it is good to drink a lot of water to protect your kidneys.
== What's your sex?== If you're a man, an enlarged prostate. If you're a women, perhaps you're pregnant or have bladder infection. Also, your age and diet has a lot to do with it. Do you drink caffeinated beverages after 5:00 PM? This can cause kidneys to be very active at night. Do you drink a lot of water before going to bed? This can cause the bladder to fill during the night. Are you taking stimulants of any kind? These will cause kidneys to work overtime.
If your muscles hurt, it might be from over exercising them. Just let them rest a little, they may be sore. If they hurt a lot you should go to a doctor.
