That is entirely dependable on the individual. One who is shocked may indeed vomit for multiple reasons. They all derive to how your brain reacts to nervousness and the unexpected. This can also be derived from how flexible you are, mentally.

Not everybody will vomit after seeing someone die, and others may. This all depends on how stable you are emotionally, as well as if you have a history of stomach illness. Though in the end, it is nothing that can be state generally, as most individuals react differently than another.
