These high amounts of sodium are not good for the body. Many portions are also much larger than the average perosn needs to be consuming, but most people figure it is one sandwich, for example, so they eat the whole thing without realizing that it was meant more 2 people instead of one. Things like sugar and fat are added to make things taste good. Extras, like ketchup, mayo, pickles, onions, mustard, ect. also add even more unesscessary calories to the food. The disadvantages of eating fast foods are that they are unhealthy for your body.
