Well first you have to boil it and all that then just peel a leaf then you will see a bit of edible green stuff then dip it in lemon butter then when you get to the middle of the artichoke then you tear out the in side hairy part then you get the heart out and dip in the lemon butter!! and that is how you eat an artichoke!!!!
