Organisational design is the way an organisations resources and functions are staffed, organised, coordinated and directed to produce and deliver it's goods and/or services to it's market/s.

Organisational strategy is the blueprint for the execution (how, what, when, how and why) of the organisation's primary objective/s.

The organisation's value chain is the actualisation of the link between the structure and it's strategy. The value chain delivers the strategy. The organisation design ensures that the value chain is focussed on the delivery of the organisation's objectives.

There's no fun in playing it safe. Why not try something a little unhinged?
