Most if not all household and industrial cleaning products are heterogeneous compounds. This means they are and can be comprised of multiple chemicals. The exact formulas depend on the specific brand and type of cleaner. Once this is determined the MSDS for the product will list the chemicals it contains. The chemical formulas can then be derived form the formula name, or by cross-referencing them with a chemical dictionary. For example a major component of some window/glass cleaners is ammonia, or NH3, as listed on their MSDSs.
