The Monistat capsule dissolves inside of you, becoming a cream. The reason why you are supposed to use it at night is so that it will remain in you for several hours. If you put it in in the morning and then begin your day, gravity will take effect and it will just drain out of you. So, unless you sleep during the day, I'd say no, you can't use it during the day. Of course, if you sleep during the day and are awake at night, then by all means, use it during the day.
