I don't recommend this combination. Phentermine speeds your body up and makes you jittery. Lunesta is a tranquilizer. It makes you sleepy and groggy. Instead of taking one thing to speed you up and another to slow you down - why not just take nothing? You'd get the same effect.

Due to a surgery and subsequent sleeping position I have been limited to 2hrs. sleep a night x3 wks.. I finally got help with a rx for Lunesta today but took phentermine this morning. Would it hurt to still take the Lunesta to start getting sleep?
