Yes , you can , if your Doc has prescribed them both for you. Start by taking your first dose at bedtime , preferably when you don't have an early day next morning, as some people will sleep soundly and have a bit of a drug hangover til they become acclimatized to these two drugs together. Also, if you smoke, be extra careful, as if you are one of the sensitive ones, you may doze off quite suddenly.

You can combine Tramadol with most other opiods other than Methadone. So yes you can combine Tramadol with Norco.
