I don't think you can. I take amitripline
for depression and taking the antibiotic on top made me feel really depressed and sad. As soon as I stopped taking flucloxacillin
I felt normal again.

∙ 11y agoThe davis drug guide states that they do not conflict or react with each other so you should be fine, this is based on 10mg of amitrityline & 50mg of diclofenac ( I am not involved within the medical profession, I am relaying what ive read )

Amoxicullin is best but flucloxacillin can be used to. most GP'S will proscribe amoxicilin unless you are unable to take any medication containing penicillin.
