Eat well. cereal for breakfast with milk. glass of juice and toast.

lunch and dinner with snacks. drink a litre of water a day. try to eat 5 fist fulls of fruit and 5 of veg. a small ammount of meat at one meal each day. eat until you are full then stop. too much and too little of anything is no good. vitamin tablets are an expensive way of colouring your pee as your body gets what it needs from your diet much more efficently. if you want to take something then omega 3 fish oils are useful and vit c and d in winter only. otherwise go out side in sunlight regularly and exercise. skip to school, you'll feel great.
